LeanFlags is a feature management service specifically aimed for developers. It does not require using the website to add, edit or remove flags.

All of the services we've found so far seem to be targeted towards marketing teams and product management. Programmers seem to have been left out even though we would claim they are the some of the most important users of feature management.
